This is a bugfix and maintenance update of the sphere-client-rosa
package(s) that addresses the following issues:

- Added sphere-client.desktop file and icon-file in the package for
SimpleWelcome application [enhancement]
- fixed bug - user can send empty follow for ticket (#64842)
- fixed bug for display text of long ticket's body (#64843)
- added notifications through D-Bus, removed old notification-system
